Enrollments in good standing
Shows each active guest package with sessions remaining, renewal date, and tier assigned at enrollment.
Pending
Enrollments awaiting activation
Lists new or unpaid packages so staff can confirm payment and start the session allocation.
Expired
Lapsed packages for follow-up
Flags expired enrollments with their last renewal date, so staff can invite the guest to renew.

Link the card to a guest
Each loyalty card is attached to one guest profile, showing its current balance and point history.

Accrue points from sessions
Completed sessions add points to the ledger, recorded against the visit that earned them.

Review the point ledger
Each entry shows date, points added or redeemed, and the running balance for that guest.

Redeem points at checkout
Staff apply a redemption against the balance, and the ledger records the new total immediately.
